Navigating the perimenopause and menopause with confidence

A live small group online course over 2 one hour sessions covering some of the main changes experienced in perimenopause and menopause, why they happen, and practical tips on how they can be supported through diet and lifestyle (with time to ask questions at the end of each session). 

£50 (£25 per session)

Available course dates (for session 1 and 2) for next year:

1. Friday 16 and 23 January from 10am till 11am

2. Tuesday 3 and 10 February  from 8pm till 9pm

3. Wednesday 4 and 11 March from 12 till 1pm

Navigating the post menopause with confidence

 

A post menopause specific course version for those who have navigated the menopause transition and want to support optimal health going forward. This live small group online course stretches over 2 one hour sessions covering some of the main changes experienced through the menopause, why they happen, and practical tips on how they can be supported (through diet and lifestyle), with a particular focus on longevity. There is also time to ask questions at the end of each session. 

£50 (£25 per session)

Available course dates (for session 1 and 2) for next year:

1. Wednesday 14 and 21 January from 8pm till 9pm

2. Thursday 5 and 12 February from 12 till 1pm

3. Tuesday 17 and 24 March from 8pm till 9pm

Courses

It is part of my mission to empower people to understand their bodies, and so support them through the various stages of life, in addition to supporting various other health conditions in a 1-to-1 setting. By fostering and promoting self-care, we empower others to take charge of their lives, enabling them to play an active role in their personal health journey. As part of this mission, I have developed two courses relating to female health in perimenopause along with the menopause transition and beyond, as well as a specific post menopause only version. If you are uncertain which course is right for you, or you are interested but don't see a day or time that suits you, please email rhodestohealthuk@gmail.com. If you already have a small group who would like to do the course together (minimum of 3), and have  particular days or times in mind, I am happy to do my best to accommodate you (simply email the address noted above).
