A 2 hour package comprising of an initial and follow up consultation only. This will suit you if you have an uncomplicated health issue and would like some expert advice and guidance on how to get started, but are confident in implementing the recommended changes on your own.

• Health questionnaire and food diary analysis (pre-consultation)

• 75-minute initial clinic consultation via video call

• 45-minute follow up clinic consultation via video call

• Personalised action plan with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations after both consultations

• Option to add functional testing (see Testing tab for more information)

• Option to add additional follow ups as needed (at a cost of £75 each)
